This high-end service is an integral part of Bàsic Mercat’s quality policy, which aims to provide its customers with complete satisfaction.
All watch and jewellery brands, without exception, benefit from this after-sales service. Your piece will be examined quickly. Upon demand an invoice will be provided before commencing maintenance or repair services.
General Conditions of Watchmaking After-Sales Service
- The user can request a quote before any repair. This will generate a cost, in case of refusal, of € 30.00 if carried out in Andorra or € 50.00 if carried out abroad.
- An approval of the preliminary estimate is required before any repairs can begin.
- The user undertakes to recover his watch within a maximum period of 6 months from the notification of termination of the service, except in cases of force majeure.
- Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the watch (shocks, glass or bracelet breakage, magnetisation, improper handling, non-waterproofing of hermetic crowns, etc.).
- Leak tests require 48 hours.
- Please note that "water resistant" / 3 ATM / 30 M watches only tolerate superficial exposure to water and cannot be submerged.
- Any order placed will have no effect from 6 months following the date of entry into the STBM Technical Department.
- No object in repair or creation will be delivered without the presentation of the corresponding receipt.
